I want to write you this because I follow ur videos and real enjoy your yoga videos as well as the meditation videos. I had back surgery in 2010 and just always had pain from the car accident and also the surgery. But now I have a back infection and have been in the hospital for a month and a half now. Before this I could bend over with my legs straight and touch the floor now I cant even touch my knees. Just want to let you guys know Your yoga videos changed my life I was making very bad decisions while I was in my darkest part of my addiction. your meditation videos changed my mind set and made me really appreciate my life my life. When I was in my addiction I cared more about a ant's life then I did my own.. i do know now that life is precious. I love all animals and will go out of the way just to move a bug out of a walk way where it could get stepped on. Sorry for the long text.. but thank you both for your time and everthing you do for so many of us. I no i will get back were i was a few months ago.. it did wounders for my back after having back pain since 2008. Between the the yoga and meditation videos on your YouTube page ill make it threw this.Thank you Juliana and Mark so very much.. Love and light to you both.
