Boho Beautiful (Juliana and Mark) have really changed my life. I struggled with an eating disorder and overexercising. When finding boho beautiful, i started to be more mindful about my body and mind and how to truly love myself and listen to what my body needs. I slowed down. I breathed. I let my body rest and moved more mindfully. 2 years later after discovering boho beautiful, I feel like a different person. I feel so strong and good in my body and no longer push to change it, I just want to love it. And I owe so much of that to Juliana and mark. So thank you. 💜
