I discovered the Boho Beautiful YouTube channel when I was teaching from home last spring during the pandemic. It was such a stressful time for me and I was looking for a way to do yoga from home each morning to help me start each day in a positive way. I followed their Return Home 14 day yoga calendar, which they shared for free. Boho Beautiful has become a part of my daily routine ever since. I subscribed to the Boho Beautiful app as soon as it was released and I absolutely love it. The app is so easy to navigate and it is organized so you can easily find the type of practice you are looking for. It also makes it easy to find videos organized by length depending on how much time you have each day. I especially enjoy the meditation, yoga and yin yoga videos. Now I am enjoying exploring the Pilates videos. It so nice to stream this content easily from my TV. Boho Beautiful has helped me to take care of myself and have a positive mindset during very stressful and uncertain times.
