I wanted to finished my 14 days before providing my review. I truly believe it is the best present I could have given to myself during these difficult times. I have been using the free youtube videos of Boho Beautiful on a daily basis since March 2020, and was hesitant whether I am strong enough to follow the Boho Beautiful Transform programme. It turned out, I am. After doing Juliana's 14 Day Free Yoga & Meditation Journey twice per month for the last 4 months the transition to Transform came very natural. The programme is very well filmed and build up. The moves look challenging but they are doable and keeps you motivated to try better. After 12 days have already noticed that I become stronger and the tights look more firm. Have already recommended the payable programme to 2 more friends(since they already fell in love with the free youtube videos).
