I am following Boho Beautiful for quite a few years now and I must say that I learned so much from almost every Video. On one site to push myself out of my comfort zone and being proud of myself afterwards. But also to come back to my inner voice and intuition, to allow myself to rest and take the time for myself. I even cried sometimes during hip opening postures or Meditation sessions. Especially Julianas calming voice helps to find peace and I love the introduction to each Mediation video. They help to go inwards and reflect. Also thumbs up to Mark for doing his own Yoga videos now. I really appreciate all your hard work and efforts you put in Boho Beautiful.
