I found Boho Beautiful when my physical and mental health were deteriorating and it felt like I had no options to help manage. I happened upon one of their yoga videos on YouTube and haven’t looked back since. The video was welcoming and helpful, and was the first time in my life where “exercise” didn’t feel like exercise. It was forgiving. That was almost five months ago and I’ve done yoga almost every day since. I also took up their meditation videos and end my practice with guided meditation. I have seen my body and mind transform, have since purchased three of their premium programs, and have achieved so many personal goals! They have helped me recover mentally and physically.
