I have been part of the Boho Beautiful community for about 7/8 years now and I could not be more grateful. When I started my physical yoga practice with Boho Beautiful, I had the intention of becoming more flexible and mobile in my everyday life, and also to help my running. Now, I have come on a huge journey, not only with the physical aspect of yoga, but the emotional, mental and spiritual. I LOVE spending time with Juliana, Mark and the rest of the team. I feel inspired and positive everytime I get on the mat. And now, with the Stars and Destruct podcast, I am expanding my knowledge in all areas. I could not reccomend Boho Beautiful more! I am so grateful for everything the Boho Beautiful team does and am so appreciative that I am part of the community. I also feel I'm more accepting of other people and their journey in life. Truly starting to feel it in my bones when Juliana and Mark say "Remember, you are exactly where you are meant to be right now. " Everyone is on their own path, following their own truth, and are where they should be. And that makes me be more kind to people and show more love to people that I may disagree with or question their decisions. But Boho Beautiful reminds me every day to accept. Accept and be patient.
