The Retreat program was an amazing and beautiful experience. Having an “excuse” to spend 90+ mins with myself every day for a week was so luxurious in itself, but the actual content was invaluable. I had a truly profound experience during one of the evening meditations, I could feel energy flowing through me and it left me in tears.
