The yoga videos are so worth the small monthly cost. Getting into the yoga practice at 65 years old was made inviting because of the variety of settings (tropical, high mountain, Mongolian, etc.) and entry-level options. Now, 4 years later, the more challenging level options continue to keep me practicing (and recover from injuries sustained from skiing, snowshoeing, and working at a desk). WIth the app, it is easy to incorporate yoga with weightlifting, tai chi, and eccentric workout schedules. Praise God for having found Boho during the early days of 2020.
