This was a beautiful experience and a magical challenge. I have always been a deep thinker and it comes easy to sit still alone with myself and my thoughts. What is challenging however is keeping it up for 11 days straight in a moment in my life where I am facing numerous challenges and it's harder to allow certain thoughts to arise. With Juliana and Mark's kind enlightening words I was able to stick to it. If I may it would be great if more meditation challenges were made available because I really love these!!I really recommend anyone to try it. Thank you Boho Beautiful!!Can't wait for the next one!!🙏
