After trying a few boho videos on youtube I came across one from the Transform programme and loved it so much I decided to purchase the whole thing. I am SO glad I did. The videos are brilliant - challenging but also fun and unique (so I feel like they keep you on your toes!) The results have been amazing even in just 10 days and I know I'll keep coming back to these workouts over and over again. The only warning I would give is that I don't think these workouts would be suitable for either a beginner or someone who doesn't have great body awareness - while the workouts themselves are brilliant the actual teaching element is not good enough for someone who doesn't already know what they're doing/how to keep their body safe.
