I actually have been an avid follower of your guys channel for many years and so enjoy your yoga workouts. They have helped me greatly at times when I just needed to relax or more importantly in my healing after my accident I had back in 2020 where I was wheel chair bound for a few months. I really appreciate your gentle spirit and kindness that I have observed watching both of you on your channel. I do think Boho always has been a place of refuge and peace and rejuvination for people to go to for healing, strength, and wellness. It has been a place to go back to ourself and just practice self care because sometimes we get so busy and stressed we forget to take care of our own needs. I feel that Boho as a company has grown a lot and expanded in the last year. I think it will continue to grow as you both put your heart into your classes and give of yourself and people like myself really connect with that and appreciate this yoga time. Just taking a breath and having a moment of stillness I think is a great way to start our day or end it with yoga.
