We have enjoyed the Boho Beautiful meditations and yoga videos on YouTube for a while, and thought it would be nice to purchase the Ascension programme as a way of supporting their work and having access to a specific course to enhance our practice. Juliana's meditations have always been fantastic; both her calming voice and beautiful messages along with the meditation tempo/style (with talking and silences). The yoga can be beyond our ability, but there are always variations for us to do as we push ourselves further. Ascension is a combination of Julian and Mark and it is nice to see the differences in how the programme is led by each of them. It is a great way to expand our practice and we appreciate the work they have done (messages, meditations, yoga, the booklet, access to music, etc...) to make the programme accessible.
