I live in a building where we have 24/7 concierge who receives all packages. Nothing has been delivered. Could you please track the package? You are asking me to review the product and the company but so far is disappointing. I have been a subscriber since you guys were in Patreon. I have been a member of your app since you first created it. And I love it! But again… have not received any package form you… Please provide more details and resolution.
