Boho Beautiful yoga classes have been nothing short of life-changing. I started practicing with them at the age of 37 on YouTube, not knowing that this would mark the beginning of a beautiful transformation—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Their calming presence, inspiring energy, and thoughtfully guided practices made it easy to stay committed. I eventually subscribed to their channel, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my well-being. Every class feels like a journey—grounding, uplifting, and deeply healing. If I could suggest something for all women going through menopause such as me - which is such a body-changing and emotionally intense experience—it would be to offer some kind of special classes just for that.
