We (are a family of four) have been using your videos for just four months now and have experienced so many benefits both bodily as well as mentally, which we would have never thought would be possible. What we also ejoy is the fact that you have very little or almost no advertising. Your workouts and meditations have really become part of our daily routine and our favourite and most powerful tool for recharging our batteries, or even better, for realising that they are as full as we decide them to be. You have been living up to the beautiful words you use in the videos and helping us do the same.
