I purchased three products: the Retreat, Detoxify and Complete. Yoga with Juliana and Mark has become not only a spiritual awakening, but an entire wake-up call for my entire body. I have never felt better. My joint pain has subsided significantly, my flexibility has improved, and I am choosing (and enjoying) to eat a healthy plant-based diet that has made me feel lighter than ever. In spite of the chaos in the world, I wake up optimistic and excited to take time to myself to do my yoga practice or practices for the day. I am happier, calmer and certainly more aware of the love and the beauty I have around me. I truly believe that this has been a life-changer for me and I have become a loyal and committed fan.
