I really liked the Complete program - although Transform is still my favourite, some of the Complete classes are now my go-to! The rythm of the classes was a good fit for me, it is demanding but not too much if you're used to doing Boho Beautiful's Youtube classes. I even added a cardio class from Transform on one of the off days because I really needed to exercise (lockdown time...). It really helped me see how to add Yin practice to my regular work-outs and how I can benefit from it. I recommend it if you are looking to establish a new work-out habit and need to explore different kinds of classes.
