Hi!!! I just purchased the retreat, unfortunately I haven’t had the time to do it... I’ve only done the fist yoga on day one and LOVED IT! I have kids at home and find it really hard to find the space to do I fully. I discovered you guys only a couple weeks ago and fell in love with your videos on YouTube because of the level of difficulty of the practices, your voice and the places you travel to shoot those videos. The postures are clear and easy to follow at home. I also purchased this retreat to a friend for her birthday because she also LOVES you. I CANT WAIT to do the retreat fully!!
