Dear Juliana and Mark, I follow you on social media like I'd follow a friend. I practice yoga with you on youtube and for some time I was also on patreon. I believe in the same things you do so everything you say always sounds somehow familiar to me. Juliana fills my practice with beauty and positivity. I try not to judge myself so severely and be patient as you always teach. Loving myself is a difficult task for me,taking the time to find the inner peace with you is a joy as it brings love and light , like you say, to my life and when I'm in that state my family and everything around me get the benefits.
