Hi Juliana and Mark, Thank you so,so,so very much for taking action on your dream and inspiration to create and share Boho Beautiful. Your Practice, message, yoga teaching and online presence has truly changed my life for the better. I really want to share how I came to fall in love with stretching, yoga, and following you both and the benefits to my life. I am a Firefighter and on the Big Woolsey Fire in Southern California November 2018 my back pain/ tightness was almost unbearable. Shortly after working crazy hours over a week I was out doing Christmas shopping with my wife and daughter and couldn’t comfortably stand or sit. I had to go home and lay down. I went to my chiropractor and they recommended a deep tissue massage. The therapist worked on my glutes, hips, lower back and said “my hips were so tight my back pain wouldn’t go away unless I started regularly stretching.” In severe pain I was willing to do anything to feel better. I might add I wanted to do anything healthy to feel better. I am a sober man and didn’t want to use medication / surgery to solve my problems. Also I am fit in the normal sense, eat right, run , bike, lift weights but have NEVER truly incorporated the third leg of the fitness triangle stretching. I would only do strength and cardio. I searched YouTube for yoga and stretching videos for tight hips and found Boho Beautiful. After trying a couple videos of yours I knew I could do 15-25 minutes daily and after 3 weeks I had ZERO back pain! I couldn’t believe it! I am so appreciative of your videos and program. What I love: That you demo and do the poses but your instruction is not live meaning you add the instruction and I just watch each pose. For me it’s easier to follow Love the music Love the Boho vibe and your couple’s partnership Love all the various free 15-25 minute YouTube videos. I do at least an hour of working out a day so adding a lil Yoga wasn’t overwhelming and so beneficial. I have wanted to purchase something and support your journey since you have helped me so much I finally bought the BOHO retreat. I’ve done the first 2 days / 2 hours of Yoga and they both were so beautiful to do and highly meditative for me. I hope you both actually read this review and know from the bottom and top of my heart to you both Mark and Juliana a huge thank you for my healthy back.
