One good thing to come out of "lockdown" (in UK) is discovering Boho Beautiful. It's been my daily highlight! Plenty of varied & beautifully shot workout videos to follow - Juliana's encouraging voice & expert finesse inspires, & the stunning backdrop scenery is uplifting: perfect escapism! And, IT WORKS! I am so much stronger! I'll continue to keep this up even once I can get running outside again - it's been so beneficial & enjoyable.
