I love the beautiful places you've visited and the different scenery used for the yoga videos. I also love that you add calming music and your voice instructions over the video. I appreciate the variety of videos you offer as sometimes I practice at different times, want more or less of a challege and sometimes practice with other family members. I'm just getting back into yoga again and am happy to see you share some ideas for eating well and a 7 day detox too. Something new to try in COVID times.
