Where to start.... 1. The classes are challenging and leave your body/ muscles feeling exhausted yet relaxed. Juliana takes the time to stretch you out at the beginning and end of each class. 2. The locations are stunning and the occasional dog who pops up in the video always bring a smile. 3. The music immediately puts you in a good space. 4. The routines are built with various degrees of difficulty, so don’t feel bad if you can’t get into a standing split! Benefit is found at whatever level feels challenging for you. 5. The videos simply have a nice and peaceful vibe and I’ll confess, after I’m done my workout, I’ll routinely play another video on the big screen while I’m cooking or cleaning. Similar to the travel channel, they are just nice to have on.
