Dear Boho Beautiful, Thank you! I am very grateful for you and for your amazing content. I am a big fan of your work and it has literally become my morning routine. Since a couple of years I have started a conscious decision to modified my belief system in terms of how I see life, how I want to live my life and at what speed I want to live it. There are a collection of experiences that triggered my insecurities and have made reflect on my inner being. Putting so much pressure on my self and trying to get results fast didn't end up well (a hip injury). The hip injury was a big eye opener to realized that my rushy approach was not the way and this applied to all the aspects of my life. I was in this constant battle with myself, it was never enough. It was exhausting. So, one of the most beautiful and enlightening challenges has been to appreciate who I am in the now and fall in love with my process whether it is professional or personal. To enjoy my own walk and forget the one of others. And here is where Boho Beautiful comes into my life. I started with your Meditation videos, they really helped me going through the recovery of my injury, times of changes, adaptation and new challenges. Then I started with your Yoga videos and I fell in love with Yoga. I never did it before, now I tried to do it 3 times a week. I did the Yoga retreat. It was very challenging for me but I loved every part of it. Now I am doing the TRANSFORM Program. Also challenging but fun and balanced. It is very thoughtful that in both programs you include all type of variations for beginners. I deeply connect with your approach to well-being and your words have truly helped me to keep building a healthy, fun and beautiful well being journey. Now I catch myself several times at day saying to myself: 'you are exactly where you need to be'. Thank you!
