Whenever I started to think about getting into exercise and yoga in general, my and my mom looked on YouTube to find people that inspired us. Whenever we were looking, we found Boho Beautiful (my mom originally found it, but we both started doing it together). We've been doing Boho Beautiful for a long time now, and we love it so much! Julianna and Mark are so inspirational in their practices and their words that it has made us want to be more involved along with them! Whenever I do their yoga or meditation or even pilates videos, I feel at home and at peace because Julianna (Mark as well) doesn't try to push you past your limits, but incorporates their simple but so powerful phrase: "Where you are right now is exactly where you need to be." Finally, I just wanted to say that Boho Beautiful is so inspirational; I have loved every one of their videos, and am going to continue to do their amazing vidoes! Also, I would 10/10 recommend people do their videos on their channel and check out their programs because they help you to better connect with yourself as well as being such positive and strong people!
