I love you, guys. Honestly. From all of my heart. I started to enjoy your videos like 3-4 years or even longer ago, back in those “cexercise” times... 😋 As time went by, I also tried to make some of your workout challenges, but never really completed any of them. This was still the case even last Christmas. And when my gym, where I had been training 4 to 6 times a week, closed because of the pandemics this March, I simply realized it was time for me to get back on track and for the first time in my life, not depend on outer circumstances when it comes to keep up a fitness routine. And I also knew immediately that in your community I’d find help and motivation and incredible sources - I just need to stick to it and do it. You guys did an amazing job posting new videos and free challenges like literally the whole time and I really took lots of advantage of it. (This time I completed all 6 or 7 challenges I embarked on 🤗) If that wouldn’t be enough, on my own yoga journey and through your guidance, personal stories and free meditations I also started to explore deeper thoughts behind Boho Beautiful and started to take care of my inner self in a way I had never experienced before. I have a lot to learn when it comes to listening to my body and to calming my chattering thoughts, because in the last few months I severely exhausted my whole body by putting all of my frustration into bodywork and not giving them enough time to rest, so now I need to pause for a few days or even weeks. But the best of it is that I can still count on you and enjoy your other kinds of content while finding a healthy balance. :))) THANK YOU ♥️
