I am so grateful that I found Boho Beautiful on You Tube a few months ago. It has literally changed my life. I started doing yoga with them and now I am practising every day. I can't miss it! I am also learning about meditation and have completely changed my eating habits to an almost completely plant based diet. I can honestly say I have never felt better. Julianna and Mark out out so much for free on You Tube and the videos are always stunning. Julianna is fantastic. Her voice is so calming and encouraging. A huge lesson for me has been patience and accepting that I am exactly where I need to be. They have taught me that yoga is so much more than just stretching. These guys are so genuine and clearly love and believe in what they are doing you can't help but feel it in every video. I cant recommend Boho Beautiful enough and have told all my friends about them. Simply Awesome!
