I have been working out for the last couple of years doing a variety of HIIT, yoga, cardio, weight lifting, pilates. A couple of months ago I decided to be a bit more gentle with my body since I have some pain in my right hip. I decided to focus on pilates and/or yoga and someone suggested looking at Boho Beautiful. Wow! I gave it try, found it pretty hard and very sweaty (I never knew yoga could be so sweaty!!!) but perservered. I found a number of challenges on line that I stuck to and with time and effort, I noticed that my hip was less painful and my flexibility had vastly increased...and the yoga postures had become easier. Most importantly, I discovered a real love for yoga (I have always loved pilates) and for the content on Boho Beautiful. It's pretty amazing, very professional and safe, is beautifully filmed and easy to follow with Juliana's voice instructions. I am also discovering the joys of yin yoga. I recently bought the Transform program but haven't yet started. It is upcoming but for now, I am continuing with my challenges. I am so, so very happy to have discovered Boho Beautiful. I definitely look forward to my yoga and pilates workouts- it's become a time of peace and joy. It's still sometimes hard, but it's not work. It's a joy. Thank you, Juliana and Mark, for all that you do. I will continue with Boho because I simply think that you are the best!!!
