I spoke with Charlene who was very helpful after our boiler decided to stop working. After it was deemed to be replaced, she did everything she could to try and get it done as soon as possible and despite a small wait which was out of her control, we now have a new boiler which is very modern and much more effective. Stephen the plumber was very polite and kept disturbance to a minimum. Would happily use their service again!
