I love the concept of this brand and they have made beans a great thing to eat again! I think they offer a good variety of different, high quality beans and I have used all of them. My only complaint is that they get very compacted in the jar, particularly towards the bottom and so the beans come out a bit mashed - fine if I'm making a dip, but not fine if I'm adding them to a pasta sauce because they just make it gloopy and unpleasant. Sort that out Bold Bean and you'd get a perfect 5 from me!
