Found Bold Beans after treating ourselves to a Jamie Oliver Christmas hamper. We couldn’t believe how gorgeous the Queen Chickpeas were - so good we ate them straight out the jar. Made a veggie curry with them (using Jamie’s Korma sauce, also delicious) and ordered chickpeas and butter beans from Bold Bean direct. So far, have made Butter Bean Puttanesca (fab) and roasted some chickpeas with paprika as a snack. Look forward to trying lots more recipes with both. They really are superb.
