We were served bold beans at a large pre Christmas supper. Our host made a delicious casserole for 20 people with various accompanying dishes, sauces and condiments. It was absolutely delicious and to my amazement I didn’t get wind afterwards! I am going to serve something similar to a large group of teenagers soon. It will be cheaper than feeding them a meat based dish, more environmentally friendly and probably healthier. So pleased to have bean introduced to Bold Beans!
