I first discovered Bold Bean Co from some recipes in the Times from the cookbook, was it 2 years ago? More? Can't remember! (and I did buy the cookbook back then) But there has been no going back. Never have I eaten so many beans - they are completely different (and so much better) than tinned beans from the supermarket. And there are so many great recipes that I never run out of ways to serve them. I can now find most of them in local supermarkets, but have had a subscription to ensure I don't run out! Highly recommend these beans and also they are so good for you.
