I'm someone who has become (since discovering the Bold Bean Company) totally obsessed with beans. The Bold Bean company supply a wholesome variety of beans - most in a delicious stock/broth that can either be eaten cold or that can be used as part of a recipe. They have recently also developped their own versions of "baked beans" in sauce. Tomato and Chilli... both equally delicious. I'm a particular fan of their Chickpeas and Carlin Peas! I'd never even heard of Carlin Peas before they started stocking them, but like all their beans (oh yes, their butter beans are to die for too) they are scrumptious and make a wonderful addition to many recipes. If short of the odd "bean recipe" they also sell their own cookbook stuffed with delicious ideas. If you think of beans as being the traditional "tinned beans", think again. These bottled beauties are nothing like that. I find even eating them with a spoon straight from the jar delicious as they are all slow cooked in the most delicious broth. Anyway, as you can tell, they get a huge thumbs up from me and I order on subscription direct from the website (where you can get some discount). Give them a go... I feel sure you won't be disappointed - and of course you will then reap the health benefits too!!!
