Visited your Burgess Hill shop today. I Took a very elderly lady who is partially blind , in a wheelchair and has Dementia to get her some much needed replacement clothes. I was greeted by a very helpful assistant called Hazel who became our personal shopper. Her customer service was second to none. She asked what we needed and what colours we liked. She picked out a range of items and then helped the elderly lady try them on. We ended up buying 15 items and my elderly friend came away a very happy person. Shopping like this can be a very stressful event but Hazel took the stress away. I will definitely go back to this shop and would recommend this service to others.
