Still waiting for someone to contact me about a refund I sent items back to them ages ago! Been more than 14 days and I know it’s been Xmas but no update. Says it’s been delivered on tracking but now says TikTok shop! Tried customer services on fb, contacts page on their site and still nothing! All because I purchased through PayPal! Horrible service never again I’m guessing Iv lost out on my refund unless they find the damn thing!
Would not use again.
