I bought very nice tailored trousers in size 10 but having tried them on, decided a size 12 would be better and considered returning for exchange. Having read the difficulties in the returns reviews, changed my mind - these will do. The postage costs would hardly make the return and re-order worthwhile. Wouldn't buy trousers from Bon Marche again. I bought a number of tops & jumpers recently - excellent but good fit for these isn't quite so essential, so loss of 1 star for their returns attitude.
