Was getting concerned that my photobook wouldn’t arrive before I went on holiday so requested that my delivery address was updated to the holiday cottage I’m staying in and was told that even though that they normally offer a change of delivery option they wouldn’t do it for me because it takes too much time. You can’t be serious bonusprint? So you’re telling me that in the time that “Raiza” sat on chat with me giving every excuse under the sun (For 28 MINUTES 9:15am 18th December) my address couldn’t have been updated manually!? Oh and just to clarify this was all before the book had gone into “print” when it says on your website that you’re allowed to make amendments if you contact customer service. I’m disgusted at the ethics of this company - let’s get as many orders in as we possibly can to maximise profits but offer zero customer support to those that have spent hard earned money buying one of our products. I am going on holiday tomorrow and since the product is still in “print” there is no way my wife is going to receive the only Christmas present she has from me this year. Thanks bonusprint, your inability to the see the bigger picture has lost you yet another returning customer and ensured that at least a little bit of the extra cheer of my Christmas Day will be taken away.
