I had ordered photo calendars for the complete family as Christmas presents. As the order did not arrive within the scheduled time frame, I contacted customer service. I was assured that our order would come by end of the week - much later than anticipated but still just in time for Christmas. Now I receive an email stating: "Unfortunately, due to exceptionally high demand we will be unable to deliver your order before Christmas. We are so sorry for the delay and we know how disappointing this must be." Disappointing? Oh no, you just ruined our whole Christmas presents, why would I be disappointed? Bonusprint, how dare you give me a little voucher to compensate this. Do you really think I will ever order anything from you again?! Steer clear of this one guys and don't trust their delivery predictions.
