The only reason for the 4 is that I couldn't apply my intro discount for signing up and the amount of packaging that I had to put into my landfill bin. The process needs to be slicker and need to review the amount of packaging including the hanger (who hangs up sports bras?). However, pleased with the purchase process - I have been very frustrated trying to locate sports bras of a specific size on other sites and then being led into products which do not have my size available. My new bra's arrived promptly and very pleased. I will use again (the bras and the site!)
