Very pleased with the entire process! Received a quote for two textbooks, shipped them off, and was notified when they were received. A check was sent out immediately. Time from quote to receiving my check was less than 3 weeks (which included a holiday weekend.) Oh, I also had a question after submitting my order, sent an email to "help" -- excellent customer service responded immediately!
