All I wanted was a tracking number. Three email threads, dozens of emails, and they wouldn't provide it. I think it became an office game for them to find out new ways to reply to anything, including the weather, but not answer my one, simple question. I told them to please never write me again, but then when the package finally did arrive (late), they send an email praising their service and... get this... they then provided the tracking number for the book that had arrived the day before! Whenever I see on the news a plane crash or a bus going over a cliff, I won't feel bad about it. I'll just imagine these guys in the plane or bus, and I'll feel just fine!
