I ordered 2 wall calendars at a similar price to what I would pay in retail stores....only stores had all sold out early this year. When I finally received the package I was surprised by its relatively small size. Inside I found 2 calendars in a booklet form smaller than A4 with poor quality paper and poor colour and unable to be hung on the wall due to orientation. I wasted a lot of time trying to find out how to return these for a refund. Their website is deliberately obscure on this matter. Now 2 months after paying for return postage (non refundable) they continue to tell me that they have not received what I returned. I posted from Melbourne to a Sydney Address. That takes only a few days!!!! I now continue to get automated response emails to my queries. They have lost my trust for good. Reading all the other reviews on various websites about Book Depositary makes me realise I must just have been lucky in past years ordering from them but can’t really afford to take the chance with them again.
