I ordered a book which was on offer at one third off the published price. I received confirmation and was told it would be dispatched in 2 working days. After several days it had not been dispatched. I contacted them and was told they didn't know what the problem was, but they would cancel my order so I could re-order it. Very strange that they couldn't just chase it up. I said I didn't want to re-order it as the special offer was no longer available. I did not want to pay full price especially as it was already late. I asked them to chase up my original order - however they just emailed me saying they had cancelled my order with no explanation and I would get a refund. When I complained and said I still wanted to order the book if it is still available they said I could no longer get the original discount. They didn't even offer to replace it or give me an upgrade to next day delivery etc. The customer service representative did not answer several of my questions and kept contradicting herself. It is clear they only care about money and not about customers.
