Thousands of dollars of fraudulent charges from booking.com and there are zero ways to contact a live person. Even after contacting them through their portal and responding to their automated reply, they refused to call me or help in any way to figure out how this happened twice with their company and how to stop it. Irresponsible isn't even the word...
