Stayed at a hotel in owen sound, and we got locked in our room, because deadbolt was faulty. We booked through booking.com. We contacted them and explained our situation and the safety concern of being locked in a room, and they said they would work with the hotel to get us a refund. After about a month of messages and phone calls, booking says sorry there will be no refund, we have no manager you can talk to, and if you decide not to use us anymore than that happens
