Worst experience dealing with them. The customer service representative couldn’t help she clearly refused to put me through her manager “Paul” I reached out 72 hours in advance by email and followed up with a call 48 hours before my stay to request a refund for just one of the two nights I had booked. Despite this, they refused to cancel or refund anything. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. The pricing was also misleading, and when I asked to cancel one night, they told me I’d be charged a $347 CAD penalty. I expected a more professional and understanding approach, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Spend over an hour explaining them and they just told me they can’t help!
