I had booked a room at Hampton inn in south Haven 3-4 months ago got a email stating that we were all set I even got the confirmation and pin number. I get to the hotel give my name, showed the confirmation number and come to find out booking didn't send the information to the hotel. Now instead of me paying $154 that they quoted. I ended up paying $331. They are only willing to pay $46. It was their mess up they should be paying 1/2 the bill😡
