Great customer service!!! I am dealing with Jane A and she helped me with choosing the tour for my husband since it was my surprised gift for him. She answered all my questions even up to the point of cancelling the tour I originally booked for my husband and changing it into a new one. Yes, cancelling the tour is no problem as long as it says on the tour that it is cancellable. I was able to change the tour into a totally different country! Thanks so much Jane for being so patient with me ! Thanks for all the help!!! I would say the best customer experience I have had with tour company!!!
